When there were only pencil, pen and typewriter - Part 1

1979... a B. Arch Thesis was invariably hand made, with pencil, pen and typewriter. This is a design proposal for a Condominium for Artists in Bangalore, inspired from the Cholamandal Artists' Village near Mahabalipuram, Chennai developed on their own by a group of artists led by the legendary artist K.C.S. Panicker.
